Hi, what are you looking for?

Another Day, Another Shutout

The Yankees dominated the Jays today by a scour of four to zero.  As a team they knocked out 12 hits in 38 at bats.  They drew three walks to nine strikeouts.

A couple guys had really good games.  Mikeson Oliberto continued to hit.  He had two hits in five at bats.  He had a double, run and RBI but did strike out two times.

Jerison Lopez went an empty three for three.

Austin Aune rebounded as he went two for five but continued the strikeout streak at two.

Pedro Feliciano pitched an inning and struck a guy out but did allow a hit.

Angel Rincon pitched three innings and had the worst line out of the four pitchers.  He allowed a hit, two walks and struck out four batters.  Rincon got the ball down as he generated five groundball outs to one flyball out.

Rony Bautista bounced back from a couple bad outings to pitch three innings.  He allowed one hit and struck out five batters.  Bautista also got three groundball outs to one flyball out.

Tomorrow is an off day so they won’t play again until Monday.
