The Pulaski Yankees were held out of the runs column as they fell to the Bluefield Blue Jays, 2-0 on Friday night. The P-Yanks mustered up six hits and two walks, but it was not a match for the Blue Jays’ nine hits, four walks and two runs scored.
Alexander Vizcaino took the loss for Pulaski, moving to 1-1 on the season after throwing 5 1/3 innings. He allowed two earned runs on eight hits and three walks while striking out five batters. He was followed by Daniel Ramos who pitched 3 2/3 innings and struck out four batters.
