Key Story:

Rookie Davis got the start and pitched well.  He lasted five and two thirds inning and struck out three batters.  He did allow seven hits which led to the three runs he allowed.  But while his line wasn’t great it was good enough to earn the victory.


Captain Clutch of  the Game:

Mark Payton keeps hitting.  He went two for four with a homerun and three runs scored.


Golden Sombrero of the Game:

Michael O’Neil went hitless in four at bats with two strikeouts.
