Five Underrated 2017 Yankees Prospect Pitching Performances

Rosa, 22, split his time between starting and relieving in 2017 for three teams, including Tampa, Charleston, and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.  Overall, he was 8-3 with a 3.06 ERA in 26 games, 13 starts in 2017 between all three stops.

In 21 games, eight starts, for the RiverDogs he was 4-3 with a 3.04 ERA over 83 innings.  He had two games in Triple-A where he struck out seven in 12 innings and ended his season in Tampa where he was 3-0 with 4.32 and 16 strikeouts in 16 2/3 innings pitched.  In the postseason he pitched six shutout innings for Tampa in one relief appearance.
