Former Yankees RHP Heredia Heading to Atlanta

The Atlanta Braves have signed another former Yankees farm hand when they agreed to sign right-handed pitcher Jairo Heredia to a minor league contract. The 25 year old was signed as an international free agent in 2006 and was once considered one of New York’s top pitching prospects before injuries derailed his development. Heredia joins former Yankees Francisco Rondon and Zoilo Almonte.
