Key Story:
Offense was the whole story as the Riverdogs had 18 hits in 45 at bats. They scored 9 runs with five extra base hits. Every hitter in the lineup had a hit except one. A lot of people thought this was going to be the team to watch in the Yankee’s system and it sure seems that way right now.
Captain Clutch of the Game:
A lot of guys had good games in this one so it’s hard to have one best player for the game. Aaron Judge didn’t have the most hits but he went three for five. He scored three runs and knocked in a run. Judge should be moved up to Tampa soon, he’s too good for this level.
Golden Sombrero of the Game:
Mikeson Oliberto was the lone guy who went hitless.
Up Next:
The Riverdogs travel to Delmarva for a 7 pm start. No pitcher has been announced yet.
