Hi, what are you looking for?

Hit Parade in Dogs Victory

The RiverDogs defeated the Green Jackets by the score of four to one.  As a team they had 11 hits in34 at bats to go along with a walk to seven strikeouts.  That is what I would call a hit party.

Eduardo Sosa replaced Ben Gamel and went two for four.  He had a triple to go along with two runs and two strikeouts.

Cito Culver had an empty two for five day with an RBI and strikeout.

Dante Bichette went one for three with a RBI and a walk.

Corey Black was dominate today.  He allowed two hits and an unearned run in his five innings.  He struck out seven strikeouts.  Seven groundballs compared to one flyball outs finished Black’s line.  A great and impressive start especially when you consider that 14 of his outs didn’t leave the infield.

John Brebbia came in and pitched two innings.  He allowed a hit, a walk but struck out three batters.

Pedro Guerra finished the game and got the save.  Guerra pitched an innings and only allowed a hit.  Striking out two guys and getting a groundball finished his line.

The RiverDogs will play the Green Jackets again tomorrow.
