Dan Fiorito has been in the Yankees system since 2012. Signed as a non-drafted free agent in August of 2012, he played in the Yankees organization for four years, transitioning to coach in 2017. Coaching for the Charleston RiverDogs and the Pulaski Yankees, he was named manager of the GCL Yankees East team in 2019.
Fiorito would lead the GCL club to an 18-29 record, moving up the ranks to the Staten Island club this year. Having worked with most of the new prospects for the Yankees, Fiorito has been well-acquainted with many players in the Yankees and looks forward to seeing them move up the ranks in the minor league system.
