Judge, Higashioka Double in Scorpions Loss

Yankees prospects Aaron Judge, Kyle Higashioka connected for a double apiece in yesterday’s game against the Surprise Saguaros. The Scottsdale Scorpions failed to make it home, losing to the Saguaros 8-0.
 
Judge played right field and went 1-4 in his at bats. He connected for his double in the bottom of the sixth inning on a line drive to center field. Higashioka was the Scorpions designated hitter, batting 1-3, also connecting for a double on a fly ball to left field in the second inning. Judge batted third in the Scorpions line up while Higashioka was fifth.
 
Pitcher, Caleb Cotham, entered the game in the top of the ninth. He pitched a quick inning, facing only three batters and earning two strikeouts.
 
Today the Scorpions will play the last game of their fall season; a home game against the Salt River Rafters at 12:35 MST.
