Hi, what are you looking for?

Late Runs Equals Win

The Yankees rallied in the 8th inning by scoring two runs to take the game from the Tigers.  As a team the Yankees had 8 hits in 29 at bats.  The Yankees had seven walks to six strikeouts which is always a positive sign.

Best day at the plate goes to Yeicok Calderon who went two for three.  Both hits went for extra bases hits as one was a triple and one was a home run.

Miguel Andujar went one for three with a double.  He did walk but also struck out also.

Ty Hensley made his professional debut and was rusty.  He threw two innings today and allowed four hits while walking two.  He only struck out one but his stuff was impressive.

Yankees 1st rounder RHP Ty Hensley 90-93 hitting 95 with a three pitch mix today for GCL Yanks in pro debut.

Brady Lail also made his debut and he pitched two innings while striking out three.

@Hopjake sat at 89, flashed above avg slider, effort in delivery, cmd okay.
