Hi, what are you looking for?

Eric Jagielo File Photo (Robert M Pimpsner)

Offensive Explosion Before Rain.

GCL Team One

Key Story:

Eric Jagielo continued his rehab on his way back to Tampa.  He one went one for five. I bet he only has a few more games down here before moving back up to Tampa.  Ty Hensley got the start as he looks to finally get his professional career on track.  Hensley went three innings and struck out two batters.  He allowed three hits and two of those were homeruns for his only two runs allowed.

Bichette/Katoh Award

Drew Bridges went two for four with two doubles and two runs scored.

Mato Watch:

No stolen base today.  He went hitless in two at bats and was replaced by Bryan Cuevas in the third inning before coming to bat.  Hopefully the speedster is ok.

The 2nd GCL team got rained out today.
