Opening Day Rained Out in Erie Thursday Night

ERIE, PA — The Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, are postponed on Opening Day at UPMC Park against the Erie SeaWolves.

Thursday’s game is scheduled to be made-up as part of a doubleheader Sunday at 12:35 p.m. featuring two seven-inning games.

Friday’s ballgame now acts as Opening Day for the two teams, with RHP Chance Adams toeing the rubber for the Thunder against LHP Tyler Alexander. On-air coverage for the game begins at 6:20 p.m.with first pitch scheduled at 6:35 p.m. Catch all the action live on 91.3 FM and online at www.trentonthunder.com.
