Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple A)
The RailRiders clobbered their way to a 10-2 victory over the Syracuse Chiefs on Friday night. Mark Payton went 3 for 4 with a home run, double, two runs scored and two runs batted in. Tyler Wade, Dustin Fowler, Clint Frazier and Ji-Man Choi each collected two hits in the contest. On the mound, Ben Heller struck out four batters over 1.2 innings pitched. He walked one and gave up a lone single.

Tampa Yankees (Single A Advanced)
Tito Polo’s three scored runs were not enough for Tampa to earn a victory against the Charlotte Stone Crabs on Friday. Polo led the offense by going 1 for 3 with a run batted in. He hit a home run to leadoff in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Charleston RiverDogs (Single A)
The RiverDogs are back in the win column! Carlos Vidal led Charleston’s offense by going 3 for 4 with two runs batted in. Second basemen Diego Castillo went 2 for 4 and scored two runs. Hoy Park collected two hits in three at bats, scored a run and drew a walk. First rounder Blake Rutherford went 1 for 4 and laced his ninth double of the season off Delmarva Shorebirds starter Zach Muckenhirn. Phillip Diehl improved to 4-0 on the season, pitching four scoreless innings. He struck out seven, walked two and permitted two hits. Anyelo Gomez earned his sixth save of the season after tossing two innings. He held the Shorebirds to one walk, one hit, no runs and struck out four.
