The Patriots put on another awe-inspiring power display as they glided to a win. Scranton breathed some life into their playoff hopes in Nebraska, and we wave goodbye to the DSL.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (62-55): The RailRiders nearly blew a 5-1 lead, but held on to strand the tying run at third in the ninth for a 5-4 win over Omaha.
- Star of the Game: Armando Alvarez – 2-for-3, 1 home run (12), 1 double, 2 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 walk. Alvarez provided what proved to be the winning runs with his two-run blast in the fourth
- Tyler Wade: 1-for-5, 1 triple, 1 run scored, 2 strikeouts, 1 stolen base
- Miguel Andujar: 1-for-4, 1 home run (13), 1 RBI, 1 run scored
- Blake Perkins: 1-for-3, 1 RBI, 1 strikeout, 1 stolen base
- Ryan Weber: 4 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 2 K, 42 pitches (30 strikes)
- Zach Greene: 3 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 3 K, 45 pitches (29 strikes). Greene moved to 9-0 with the win
- Michael Gomez: 0.2 IP, 2 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 0 K, 23 pitches (14 strikes)
- Greg Weissert: 0.1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, 9 pitches (5 strikes)
- Braden Bristo: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 0 K, 13 pitches (5 strikes). It was a nervy ninth for Bristo, but he managed to wiggle out of a jam and record his first save of the season


Somerset Patriots (70-44): Four more home runs and another crooked number for the Patriots, who thumped the Fisher Cats 10-6.
- Star of the Game: Jesus Bastidas – 2-for-4, 1 home run (16), 1 double, 2 RBI, 2 runs scored, 1 strikeout. Bastidas has three home runs in his last five games, continuing his remarkable season
- Anthony Volpe: 3-for-5, 3 RBI, 1 strikeout, 1 stolen base
- Austin Wells: 1-for-4, 1 home run (7), 2 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Wells is hitting just .210 in August, but he has now homered in back-to-back games
- Elijah Dunham: 1-for-4, 1 home run (16), 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Dunham has a three-game hitting streak and RBI in all three games
- Eric Wagaman: 2-for-4, 1 home run (3), 2 RBI, 2 runs scored, 2 strikeouts
- Will Warren: 5.2 IP, 6 H, 6 ER, 3 BB, 5 K, 90 pitches (53 strikes). Warren served up three bombs on his side
- Tanner Myatt: 2.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 2 K, 32 pitches (19 strikes). Myatt got the win and his record stands at 2-1
- Kaleb Cowart: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, 6 pitches (4 strikes)


Hudson Valley Renegades (61-53): The ‘Gades lost to visiting Hickory 3-2 and saw their second-half division lead narrowed back down to half a game over Brooklyn.
- Star of the Game: Jasson Dominguez: 2-for-4, 1 double, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout, 1 stolen base. Dominguez has four multi-hit games in his last five
- Grant Richardson: 1-for-3, 1 RBI, 1 strikeout
- Yoendrys Gomez: 3 IP, 4 H, 1 R (0 ER), 3 BB, 4 K, 62 pitches (34 strikes)
- Welington Diaz: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, 12 pitches (7 strikes)

Tampa Tarpons (54-59): The Tarpons dropped their series opener to Clearwater, 5-1.
- Star of the Game: Connor Cannon – 1-for-2, 1 home run (2), 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Cannon is hitting just .063 in August and hadn’t homered since July 29
- Tayler Aguilar: 2-for-4
- Zach Messinger: 5 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 4 K, 74 pitches (49 strikes)
- Leam Mendez: 2 IP, 4 H, 3 ER, 0 BB, 1 K, 27 pitches (21 strikes). Mendez served up two home runs and was tagged with his first loss
- Enrique Santana: 1 IP, 0 H, 1 R (0 ER), 1 BB, 0 K, 18 pitches (9 strikes)


FCL Yankees (38-17): The Yankees finished tuning up for the postseason with a walk-off 7-6 win over the Tigers.
- Star of the Game: Rafael Flores – 1-for-3, 1 home run (2), 4 RBI, 1 run scored, 2 strikeouts. The rookie out of junior college hit a first-inning grand slam and ends his short regular season with a ridiculous 1.358 OPS
- Daury Arias: 2-for-4, 2 runs scored. Arias scored the game-winning run on a walk-off balk
- Nelson Medina: 1-for-3, 1 double, 1 RBI, 1 strikeout
- Justin Lange: 3 IP, 3 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 5 K
- Manny Ramirez: 1 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
- Will Brian: 0.2 IP, 2 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 1 K. Brian was a 10th-round pick this summer

DSL Yankees (30-28) and DSL Bombers (27-33): The DSL affiliates wrapped up their 2022 seasons with an intra-squad scrimmage, which the Yanks won 2-1. Summer action in DR will return next June.
- Star of the Game: Alejandro Gomez – 5 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 8 K. Gomez earned his sixth win for his five innings of no-hit relief, and ends the year with a 2.28 ERA
