Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A): The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders are back above .500 with a 9-1 victory over the Syracuse Mets.

  • Brad Miller: 1-for-5, 1 run scored, 1 home run, 1 RBI
  • Cliff Pennington: 2-for-4, 2 runs scored, 1 walk
  • Gosuke Katoh: 2-for-5, 1 run scored, 1 home run, 3 RBIs
    The former second-round pick is now hitting .474 in his last 10 games for the RailRiders. His seventh home run of the season is a new career high and ties him with Chris Gittens and Dermis Garcia for the organizational lead in round trippers.
  • Ryan McBroom: 2-for-5, 2 runs scored, 1 double, 1 home run 1 RBI
  • Ryan Lavarnway: 1-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 walk
  • Mandy Alvarez: 2-for-4, 1 run scored, 2 walks
  • Billy Burns: 3-for-4, 1 triple, 3 RBIs
  • Matt Lipka: 1-for-4, 1 double

    Threw 30/41 pitches for strikes (73%). Green has yet to allow a run since moving down to Triple-A.  He is continuing to work on adjustments to his mechanics to help return to form.

Trenton Thunder (Double-A): The Trenton Thunder (16-9) defeated the Harrisburg Senators 9-3 in a rain-shortened game.

    Park is now hitting .344/.394/.578 in 17 games for the Trenton Thunder.
  • Wendell Rijo: 1-for-4, 1 run scored
  • Ben Ruta: 4-for-4, 2 runs scored, 1 triple, 3 RBIs
    Ruta is hitting .420/.515/.630 for the Trenton Thunder.
  • Chris Gittens: 2-for-4, 3 RBIs
  • Rashad Crawford: 1-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 RBI, 3 RBI

    Castillo extends his hit streak to 17 games, raising his season batting line to .224/.294/.316 from .029/.029/.059 on April 12. His base hit came in his last at-bat of the game in the top of the eighth inning.

Charleston RiverDogs (Class-A): The Charleston RiverDogs (15-13) defeated the Greenville Drive, 7-5.

  • Wilkerman Garcia: 2-for-5, 2 runs scored, 1 home run, 1 RBI
    Garcia is hitting .273/.267/.364 in nine games since coming off of the injured list.
  • Josh Stowers: 1-for-3, 2 runs scored, 1 double, 2 walks
    Stowers now has a nine-game hit streak going back to before his stint on the injured list.
  • Josh Breaux: 2-for-5, 2 runs scored, 1 double, 1 home run, 3 RBIs
    Breaux has a seven-game hit streak for the RiverDogs.
