Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (11-20): The RailRiders took a 4-1 lead but then surrendered six unanswered and lost to the Mets, 8-7.

Somerset Patriots (18-10): Chad Bell’s big two-run single led the Patriots to a hard-fought 4-2 win over Altoona.

Hudson Valley Renegades (15-13): A three-run rally in the eighth inning snatched victory from the jaws of defeat for the Renegades as they triumphed 6-5 over division-leading Aberdeen.
- Star of the Game: Tyler Hardman – 1-for-1, 1 home run (2), 2 RBI, 1 run scored. Pinch-hitting for Aaron Palensky in the eighth inning, Hardman blasted a two-run home run to left center to put the ‘Gades up by a run
- Aldenis Sanchez: 2-for-3, 1 run scored
- Pat DeMarco: 1-for-1, 1 double, 2 runs scored
- Spencer Henson: 3-for-3, 1 triple, 1 double, 2 RBI, 2 runs scored, 1 walk. Henson is hitting just .161 through 15 games, but came a home run shy of the cycle on Wednesday
- Matt Sauer: 4.1 IP, 5 H, 5 ER, 2 BB, 7 K, 82 pitches (50 strikes)
- Tanner Myatt: 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 0 K, 23 pitches (12 strikes)
- Carson Coleman: 1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K, 20 pitches (15 strikes). Coleman has still not allowed an earned run in 16.1 innings of work this season
- Alex Mauricio: 2.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K, 35 pitches (20 strikes). Mauricio took the win to move to 2-0


Tampa Tarpons (13-15): A five-run sixth inning doomed Tampa to a 7-4 loss at Dunedin.
- Star of the Game: Marcos Cabrera – 1-for-4, 1 home run (5), 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 2 strikeouts. Cabrera is hitting just .221 but his OPS stands at .788 thanks to his gaudy power numbers
- Alex Vargas: 2-for-4, 1 double, 1 strikeout
- Jasson Dominguez: 1-for-4, 1 double, 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Dominguez has a five-game hitting streak and an eight-game on-base streak
- Anthony Seigler: 1-for-3, 1 double, 1 RBI, 1 walk, 1 stolen base
- Yon Castro: 4.2 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 72 pitches (47 strikes). In his first extended look at full-season ball, the 22-year-old has allowed just three earned runs in 17.2 innings
