Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (6-9): Miguel Andujar is raking, and the rest of his teammates caught up for one night at least as the RailRiders prevailed over Buffalo 5-3.

Somerset Patriots (7-6): The Patriots carried a 6-4 lead into the bottom of the ninth, but couldn’t close the deal, as Derek Craft served up a walk-off three-run home run with two outs to send his team to a 7-6 loss.
- Star of the Game: Derek Dietrich – 2-for-4, 1 home run (1), 2 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. The journeyman went yard in the third inning
- Anthony Volpe: 0-for-2, 3 walks, 2 runs scored, 3 stolen bases
- Blake Perkins: 1-for-3, 1 home run (2), 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 walk, 2 strikeouts. Perkins, who’s hitting .313, gave the Patriots what looked to be an insurmountable 6-3 advantage in the eighth inning
- Michael Beltre: 1-for-4, 1 home run (1), 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Beltre, who had a strong season with Somerset last year, is off to a slow start and is hitting just .185
- Luis Medina: 2.2 IP, 2 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 4 K, 58 pitches (36 strikes). Medina has a 4.05 ERA in the early going
- Josh Maciejewski: 4.1 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 4 K, 54 pitches (37 strikes)
