Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (75-62): The RailRiders took an early 2-0 lead, but fell apart in the middle innings and suffered a 5-3 loss. Durham also beat Gwinnett, meaning that the Bulls moved back into first place.
- Star of the Game: Chad Bell – 1-for-3, 1 double, 1 RBI. Bell doubled the Scranton lead with a line-drive double to center in the second inning

- Luis Severino: 4.1 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 6 K, 56 pitches (40 strikes). Severino moved up to Triple-A after rehab starts with Tampa and Somerset

- Deivi Garcia: 2 IP, 1 H, 3 R (2 ER), 2 BB, 4 K, 45 pitches (28 strikes). Garcia fell to 2-4 in his fourth appearance out of the bullpen this year

- Braden Bristo: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K, 10 pitches (6 strikes)
Somerset Patriots (81-52): The Patriots lost their second in a row to the Sea Dogs, this time by a 5-2 scoreline.
- Star of the Game: Harrison Bader – 3-for-4, 2 doubles, 2 RBI. Bader appears to be showing no ill effects of his plantar fasciitis and looks to be on track for a debut in the Bronx
- Eric Wagaman: 1-for-4, 1 double, 1 run scored
- Barrett Loseke: 3.1 IP, 2 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 4 K, 63 pitches (37 strikes). Loseke suffered his third loss in just his second start of the year
