Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (61-54): The RailRiders bagged an enormous doubleheader sweep, defeating St. Paul 5-4 and 4-0.

- Star of the Game: Tim Locastro – 1-for-4, 1 home run (3), 1 RBI, 1 run scored. Locastro took the second pitch of the ballgame deep to right-center for a leadoff home run

- Greg Weissert: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K, 15 pitches (10 strikes). Weissert added to his system-leading save total with his 18th

- Star of the Game: Armando Alvarez – 2-for-3, 2 doubles, 2 RBI. Alvarez doubled home two runs in the fourth to extend the Scranton lead to 3-0

- Chad Bell: 2-for-2, 1 double, 1 run scored

Somerset Patriots (68-44): The Patriots couldn’t dig out of an early hole and dropped Saturday’s contest 5-3 at Bowie.
- Star of the Game: Mickey Gasper – 2-for-3, 1 home run (8), 1 RBI, 2 runs scored, 1 walk. Gasper has a .408 OBP on the season
- Eric Wagaman: 2-for-2
- Austin Wells: 2-for-4, 1 walk
- Elijah Dunham: 1-for-3, 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 2 walks, 1 strikeout
- Randy Vasquez: 2.2 IP, 6 H, 4 ER, 3 BB, 3 K, 62 pitches (40 strikes). Vasquez fell to 1-5

Hudson Valley Renegades (60-52): The ‘Gades scored all five of their runs on homers in a 5-1 win over Brooklyn, putting them back in first place in the second half.
- Star of the Game: Richard Fitts – 6 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K, 93 pitches (59 strikes). Fitts, who earned his first High-A win, has struck out 14 and allowed just one earned run over his first two starts at this level
- Grant Richardson: 2-for-4, 1 home run (7), 2 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Richardson drove in two insurance runs with his eighth-inning homer
- Carlos Narvaez: 1-for-4, 1 home run (10), 3 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Narvaez broke the 0-0 tie with a three-run bomb in the sixth
- Welington Diaz: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 0 K, 15 pitches (6 strikes)
- Nelson L. Alvarez: 1 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 0 K, 19 pitches (8 strikes)

Tampa Tarpons (53-57): Tampa’s game against visiting Bradenton was postponed due to rain, and will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow.


FCL Yankees (37-16): The Yankees rallied for three runs in the seventh and beat the Blue Jays 4-3 in extra innings.
- Star of the Game: Ronny Rojas – 1-for-4, 1 home run (4), 2 RBI, 2 runs scored, 1 strikeout. Rojas came through with a two-run home run in the seventh inning with two outs to tie the game at three
- Felix Negueis: 1-for-4, 1 triple, 1 RBI, 1 run scored
- Luis Serna: 5 IP, 1 H, 1 R (0 ER), 0 BB, 9 K. Serna has compiled a 1.96 ERA over 41.1 innings this season and may be due for a late-season promotion to Low-A
- Osiel Rodriguez: 4 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 3 K. Rodriguez earned his sixth win of the season in long relief
- Montana Semmel: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K. Semmel locked down his third save with a clean 10th inning
DSL Yankees (29-27): A five-run fourth inning was more than enough as the Yanks shut down Mets 1, 5-0.
- Star of the Game: Michael Peres – 2.1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K. Peres evened his record at 3-3 with dominant middle relief work
- Keiner Delgado: 2-for-3, 1 double, 1 run scored, 1 stolen base
- Gabriel Bersing: 1-for-3, 1 double, 2 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout
- Juan Matheus: 1-for-2, 1 home run (4), 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Matheus has reached base safely in six of his last seven games

DSL Bombers (26-32): The Bombers lost their fourth game in a row, 2-1 to Diamondbacks Black.
- Star of the Game: Enmanuel Tejeda – 2-for-3, 1 triple, 1 RBI, 1 strikeout. While most of the Bombers have scuffled of late, Tejeda has quietly built a .942 OPS
- Joel Mendez: 1-for-2, 1 run scored, 1 walk, 1 strikeout

- Miguel Pozo: 4 IP, 4 H, 2 R (1 ER), 2 BB, 5 K. Another Pozo start, another day without run support as the unlucky left-hander fell to 1-7
