Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A): The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (17-14) were defeated by the Toledo Mud Hens, 12-8.

    This was Hicks’ first rehab game with the RailRiders, he was lifted for Gosuke Katoh in the eighth inning.

  • Logan Morrison: 2-for-4, 1 run, 1 double, 2 RBIs
  • Kyle Higashioka: 2-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 double
  • Trey Amburgey: 1-for-3, 2 runs scored, 1 home run, 1 RBI
  • Mandy Alvarez: 2-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 double, 1 RBI
    Alvarez’s now has a nine-game hit streak and has had multiple hits in his four games. He is 18-for-39 (.462) during the stream.

  • Ben Ruta: 1-for-3, 1 run scored, 1 triple, 2 RBIs, 2 walks

  • Adonis Rosa: 6IP 4H 1R 1ER 2BB 8SO
    Threw 59/92 pitches for strikes (64%).

Tampa Tarpons (Class-A Advanced): The Tampa Tarpons and Fort Myers Miracle were suspended with two outs in the bottom of the fifth inning in the first game of a doubleheader.  The remainder of the suspended game will be completed on Saturday, May 11.  The second game has yet to be rescheduled.

  • Pablo Olivares: 3-for-3, 1 double
    This was Olivares’ second three-hit game of the season.
  • Dermis Garcia: 0-for-1, 2 walks, 1 stolen base, 2 runs scored

Charleston RiverDogs (Class-A): The Charleston RiverDogs (19-15) lost to the Columbia Fireflies, 3-1.

  • Josh Breaux: 0-for-0
    Breaux left the game three-pitches into the second batter of the game. It appeared he hurt his right arm on a snap throw down to first base after the first pitch to the second batter.

  • Kyle Gray: 1-for-3
  • Eduardo Torrealba: 1-for-3, 1 run scored, 1 double
  • Luis Gil: 5IP 2H 3R 0ER 2BB 9SO
    Threw 57/86 pitches for strikes (66%). Gil lowered his season ERA to an even 1.00, he struck out 44 batters over 27 innings and walked 17.
  • Jhony Brito: 4IP 2H 0R 0ER 0BB 6SO
    Threw 33/44 pitches for strikes (75%). Brito’s ERA is now 1.32 in four games out of the bullpen since joining the RiverDogs.  He struck out 17 and walked just one batter in 13 2/3 innings.
