On Monday, the Gulf Coast League season got underway in the New York Yankees organization as five affiliates were in action. While the teams combined for a 2-3 record, there were some notable performances. After there was a cycle in Pulaski on Sunday, Trenton decided to make more history of their own as their pitchers threw a combined no-hitter.

Deivi Garcia had nine strikeouts over five hitless innings and was one of three Trenton pitchers to combine for a no-hitter on Monday. (Robert M. Pimpsner)
