Fresh off his jump into the number five position on MLB Pipeline’s rankings of Yankee prospects, Everson Pereira showed why he’s turned so many heads. The second-half first place in the Sally League North division changes hands once again.
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (59-53): Perhaps feeling the hangover from their epic comeback, the RailRiders were blanked by St. Paul, 6-0.

Somerset Patriots (68-41): Somerset prevailed over Bowie in a back-and-forth affair, 10-9.

Hudson Valley Renegades (58-51): They mounted a spirited rally in the ninth, but the ‘Gades fell short in a 7-5 loss to Brooklyn that catapulted them out of first place in the division.
- Star of the Game: Tyler Hardman – 2-for-5, 1 home run (17), 1 double, 2 RBI, 2 runs scored, 2 strikeouts. Hardman leads the ‘Gades with 17 homers on the year and ranks fourth with 12 doubles

Tampa Tarpons (51-57): A four-run seventh inning doomed the Tarpons to a 7-3 loss to visiting Bradenton.
