Scranton keeps finding ways to win ballgames, putting together another dramatic comeback in front of a big Saturday night crowd at PNC Field.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (77-62): Scranton scored three times in the bottom of the eighth to steal a 7-5 win over Worcester and keep pace with Durham, which also won its game.
- Star of the Game: Michael Beltre – 2-for-4, 1 double, 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 strikeout. Beltre drove home the go-ahead run in the eighth and has a strong .916 OPS at Triple-A
- Ronald Guzman: 3-for-4, 1 home run (14), 1 RBI, 3 runs scored, 1 strikeout
- Josh Breaux: 1-for-4, 1 double, 1 RBI, 1 strikeout
- Rob Brantly: 2-for-3, 1 RBI, 1 run scored, 1 stolen base
- Sean Boyle: 6.1 IP, 4 H, 4 ER, 0 BB, 3 K, 80 pitches (53 strikes). Boyle served up three home runs, two of them to Bobby Dalbec
- Anthony Banda: 1 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 0 K, 25 pitches (12 strikes)
- Jimmy Cordero: 1.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K, 19 pitches (12 strikes). Cordero earned his first win for Scranton


Somerset Patriots (82-53): The Patriots, very much playing out the string at this point, were trounced by their future playoff opponents Portland 8-2.

- Stephen Ridings: 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K, 13 pitches (11 strikes). Ridings took the mound for the first time since August 15, 2021
