It was a busy day in the New York Yankees organization on Saturday as there were 10 games played between 8 affiliates. In total, the teams combined for a 3-7 record. However, one Tampa player had a multi-home run game, Charleston’s starter reached season-highs on the mound, Staten Island’s pitcher kept the opposition off the scoreboard, and a Yankee hit a home run on his rehab assignment for Scranton Wilkes-Barre.

Scranton Wilkes-Barre Railriders (Triple-A):  The RailRiders (70-61) lost 7-2 to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.

Breyvic Valera (Matt Bufano)

• Luke Voit: 2-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 walk, 1 home run (1), 1 RBI (1). This was Voit’s second game of his rehab assignment and he led off the game with a home run in the top of the first. 
• Breyvic Valera: 2-for-5, 1 triple, 1 RBI (44). Valera is on a 4-game hit streak and has 7 RBIs over that span. 
• Ryan McBroom: 1-for-3, 1 run scored, 1 home run (22), 1 RBI (58). McBroom tied his career-high for home runs in a season from 2016. 
• Gosuke Katoh: 2-for-4. Katoh has a 4-game hit streak and multiple hits in 3 straight games.
