Trenton Thunder (Double-A): The Trenton Thunder (13-7) defeated the Erie Seawolves to sweep the series.

  • Hoy Jun Park: 3-for-3, 1 run scored, 1 double, 1 walk
  • Wendell Rijo: 2-for-4, 2 runs scored
  • Ben Ruta: 1-for-3, 1 double
  • Chris Gittens: 2-for-3, 1 run scored, 1 double, 1 homerun, 2 RBIs
  • Rony Garcia: 5IP 1H 0R 0ER 4BB 8SO
    Threw 55/101 pitches for strikes (54&). Not bad for his Double-A debut, he was a late minute change when Nick Green was placed on the injured list with a should injury.
  • Jose Mesa Jr. 2IP 4H 2R 2ER 1BB 3SO
    Threw 32/57 pitches for strikes (56%)
  • Brooks Kriske: 2IP 0H 0R 0ER 2BB 2SO
    Threw 19/33 pitches for strikes (58%). This was Kriske’s Double-A debut after throwing 12 innings for the Tarpons without allowing an earned run.  This season he has struck out 18 batters in 14 innings pitched between the two levels

Tampa Tarpons (Class-A Advanced): The Tampa Tarpons (10-14) defeated the Clearwater Threshers.

  • Pablo Olivares: 3-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 double, 2 stolen bases
    He threw a runner out at second base
  • Diego Castillo: 2-for-4, 2 runs scored, 1 RBI, 1 walk
    Castillo has a 13-game hitting streak going, going 17-for-50 in that time (.340) with five doubles, a home run, seven RBIs, and seven walks.
  • Oswaldo Cabrera: 2-for-5, 1 run scored
  • Jason Lopez: 3-for-4, 1 run scored, 2 RBIs, 1 double
  • Frank German: 5IP6H 3R 3ER 0BB 3SO|
    Threw 60/91 pitches for strikes (66%)
  • Dalton Lehnen: 3IP 1H 0R 0ER 2BB 1SO
    Threw 21/40 pitches for strikes (53%)
  • Matt Wivinis: 1IP 4H 3R 3ER 0BB 1 SO
    Threw 13/19 pitches for strikes (68%). This was Wivinis’ first appearance of the season after starting the year on the disabled list with for the Trenton Thunder.

Charleston RiverDogs (Class-A): The Charleston RiverDogs (11-13) defeated the Columbia FireFlies, 3-0.

  • Kyle Gray: 2-for-4, 1 run scored, 1 double, 1 RBI
  • Wilkerman Garcia: 2-for-4, 2 RBI
    Garcia is now hitting .320/.320/.360 in six games with the RiverDogs since coming off the injured list.
  • Alexander Vizcaino: 7IP 2H 0R 0ER 1BB 5SO
    Threw 53/77 pitches for strikes (69%).
  • Jhony Brito: 2IP 1H 0R 0ER 0BB 4SO
    Threw 25/35 pitches for strikes (71%). This was his second appearance of the season after siting out all of 2018 due to undergoing Tommy John surgery.
