The peril of a system in which you can clinch a postseason berth in June is that the rest of the season doesn’t mean very much, and the Patriots have played like that’s the case so far this week. Meanwhile, it might be too late for the RailRiders, but they’ve quietly won seven of 10.

Estevan Florial (Chris Jones)

- Star of the Game: Estevan Florial – 2-for-3, 1 home run (7), 1 RBI, 3 runs scored, 1 walk, 2 stolen bases. Florial’s average is up to .293 and he’s swiped 25 bags as he makes his case to help plug the Yankees’ outfield holes
