- Aaron Judge went 1-1 with three walks
- Tyler Austin went 1-3 with two RBIs
- Todd Frazier went 3-5 with two RBIs and a triple
- Masahiro Tanaka pitched seven innings in his first game back from the DL, he gave up three earned runs and struck out four
- Chasen Shreve pitched two innings giving up one run and striking out three
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (Triple-A): Scranton’s game with Rochester was suspended at a 4-4 tie after three innings and will be resumed on 8-23
- Jake Cave went 3-3 with a double
- Mark Payton went 1-2 with his sixth home-run of the season
- Jonathan Diaz went 2-2 with his first home-run for SWB
- Brady Lail pitched three innings and gave up four earned runs
Trenton Thunder (Double-A): Trenton won their fourth straight game, beating Portland 8-0
- Nick Solak went 2-4
- Mike Ford went 2-3 with two RBIs, he hit his 13th home-run of the season
- Francisco Diaz went 1-4 with two RBIs
- Jose Mesa pitched six innings giving up only one hit and striking out eight batters
- Raynel Espinal pitched 1 2/3 hit-less innings and struck out three
- Colten Brewer pitched 1 1/3 innings, he gave up one hit and struck out three
Tampa Yankees (Single-A Advanced): Tampa lost the first game of a three-game series to the Lakeland Tigers, 1-2
- Matt Holliday went 1-3 with an RBI in his rehab appearances
- Hoy Park went 2-5 with a double
- Angel Aguilar went 3-4 with a double
- Brian Keller pitched six full frames, he gave up two earned run and recorded six strikeouts
- Trevor Lane pitched two innings, only giving up one hit and totaling three strikeouts
Charleston RiverDogs (Single-A): The RiverDogs game in West Virginia was postponed
Staten Island Yankees (Single-A Short Season): Staten Island beat Aberdeen for their second straight win by a score of 3-1
- Timmy Robinson went 2-4 with three RBIs
- Will Jones pitched 3 1/3 innings giving up no runs and striking out two
- Justin Kamplain earned his third win pitching three full innings, totaling three strikeouts and giving up just one hit
Pulaski Yankees (Rookie): Pulaski won their second straight game, beating Kingsport 5-4 in 12 innings
- Eduardo Torrealba went 2-4 with two RBIs and a home-run
- Frederick Cuevas went 3-5 with an RBI
- Ricky Surum went 1-2 with an RBI and walk
- Kyle Zurak pitched 3 1/3 innings giving up just two hits and striking out four
- Anderson Severino earned his first save pitching two innings and striking out two
GCL Yankees East and West: The GCL Yankees East beat the GCL Yankees West team by a score of 7-3
GCL Yankees East:

- Robert Javier went 1-5 with two RBIs and a double
- Brett Morales pitched three innings, he struck out four and didn’t give up a run
- Harold Cortijo pitched four innings giving up one run and striking out five
GCL Yankees West:
- Chris Hess went 2-5 with a triple and two RBIs
- Miguel Flames went 2-4 with a home-run
