New York Yankees (MLB): The Yankees beat the New York Mets for the third straight game, 5-3.
- Aaron Judge went 2-5 with his 37th home-run of the season.
- Chase Headley went 2-2 with an RBI and a walk
- Jaime Garcia pitched 5 1/3 innings giving up three earned run and striking out three
- Adam Warren pitched two innings giving up just one hit and totaling three strikeouts
- David Robertson pitched an inning and struck out two batters, he earned his 14th save of the season
Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A): The RailRiders lost to the Gwinnett Braves 1-4
- Jonathan Diaz went 1-3 with the team’s only RBI
- Chance Adams pitched five-full frames, he gave up four runs off of six hits
- Nick Rumbelow threw two hit-less innings and struck out two
Trenton Thunder (Double-A): Trenton edged Akron out, beating them 8-7
- Thairo Estrada went 204 with an RBI
- Mike Ford went 1-3 with two RBIs and a walk
- Ryan McBroom went 2-4 with two RBIs coming from his 16th home-run
- Zack Zehner went 2-4 with two RBIs, one from his 11th home-run of the season
- Abiatal Avelino went 1-4 with a home-run, it was his third of the season
- Brody Koerner pitched 5 1/3 giving up four earned runs and striking out two
- James Reeves earned his first save of the season pitching two hit-less innings and recording two strikeouts
Tampa Yankees (Single-A Advanced): Tampa’s game against the Florida Fire Frogs was postponed, they have a double-header scheduled Thursday
Charleston RiverDogs (Single-A): Charleston beat Greenville 5-2, they move to 67-54 on the season
- Steven Sensley went 1-4 with four RBIs and a walk, his one hit was his fourth home-run of the season, a grand-slam
- Isiah Gilliam went 1-4 with an RBI
- Rony Garcia pitched 6 1/3 innings giving up just one run and striking out six batters
- Chase Hodson earned his first save of the season, he pitched one inning and struck out one batter
Staten Island Yankees (Single-A Short Season): Staten Island took both games of a double header from the Connecticut Tigers.
The Yankees won game one 5-1:
- Jonathan Loaisiga pitched 5 shutout innings, allowing just 1 hit.
- Jose Polonia went 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs
- Kaleb Ort allowed 1 run on 2 hits I. 2 innings to earn the save.
In Game two they won 3-0:
- Timmy Robinson 2-3 with an RBI
- Keith Skinner went 1-2 with an RBI
- Jio Orozco pitched five innings, he only gave up one hit and struck out five
- Justin Kamplain threw two innings giving up just two hits and striking out one batter
Pulaski Yankees (Rookie): Pulaski had an off-day Wednesday, they will face Greeneville on Thursday
Gulf Coast League Yankees East & West (Rookie): The Gulf Coast League Yankees West took both games of a double-header over the GCL Tigers, the GCL Yankees East lost a close 3-4 game to the GCL Pirates
For the East:
- Lisandro Blanco went 2-4
- Jose Carrera went 1-4 with an RBI
- Yancarlos Baez pitched four innings giving up just two runs and a run
For the West: Game Two:
- Gustavo Campero went 1-1 with an RBI and one walk
- Matt Sauer pitched 1 2/3 innings giving up one run and striking out one batter
- Nelvin Correra threw 5 1/3 innings, he gave up one unearned run and struck out five
Game Two:
- Chris Hess 3-4 with an RBI and walk
- Jordan Scott went 2-4 with a home-run
- Pedro Espinola threw 4 1/3 innings, he gave up one unearned run and struck out a batter
