Hi, what are you looking for?

Pinstriped Prospects Goes Back to Its Roots for 2021 Coverage!

Minor League Baseball is back and that means we will be back at the ballpark to provide you with the very best coverage of the Yankees minor league system. This is a new era for Pinstriped Prospects, after the 2019 season we had moved away from an ad-based model to a subscription-based model and with the pandemic, we took a big hit.

We weathered the storm that was 2020, with a greatly decreased readership and a much smaller budget we are now ready to take on 2021 with a great team of writers. We invite you to join us and become a Pinstriped Prospects Dugout Subscriber, so you do not miss any of the action.

With just four minor league teams coverage is going to be a bit different in 2021, but it also means that we have the ability to deliver even more to you. Our writers have been equipped with video cameras to record everything and we will be sharing that with everyone on our YouTube channel.

Also, we were going back to our roots and returning Pinstriped Prospects to a site exclusively for Yankees minor league coverage. With all major league thoughts and reports moving to our new sister website, Pinstripe Perspective.  That also means we are bringing back our Yankees minor league-only podcast and rebranding it as “From the Back Fields to the Bronx.” Be sure to follow and subscribe on every podcast platform.

As you also may know our founder, Robert Pimpsner, has stepped away from Pinstriped Prospects to focus on personal things but we are still going strong. Ricky Keeler and Matt Kardos are now co-editors and dedicated to bringing you the best coverage we can. They will be joined by a new team of writers including Alex Kieler in Scranton, Austin Petolillo in Somerset, Steve Alhona in Hudson Valley, and Alexis Farinacci in Tampa. Matt will also be covering Somerset this year as well. Our daily Pinstriped Previews and Pinstriped Performances will be returning, giving you a brief look at the day’s games.

You can support our team by becoming a Dugout Member. Pinstriped Prospects Dugout Members get full access to all of our coverage including exclusive interviews, features, scouting reports, and more. Membership is just $40 per year or $5.50 a month. All money goes towards keeping Pinstriped Prospects online and with our new paired down budget we need just 200 subscribers to get our annual costs fully covered. The more subscribers we get the more we can do for you.
