Key Story:

Clarkin got the start and was only ok today.  He went three and a third innings and allowed two earned runs.  He allowed four hits and struck out two batters.  Coming back from his injury the Yankees have limited him a bit which is why he only threw that many innings today.

Captain Clutch of the Game:

Reymond Nunez went three for four with two doubles and a RBI.

Golden Sombrero of the Game:

Tyler Wade went hitless in four at bats with a strikeout while also being picked off first base.

Katoh Watch:

Hitless in four at bats with a strikeout.  That strikeout rate is still going down.
