Rain Scrubs Thunder, Makeup Date Unknown

Tonight’s game between the Thunder and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays) has been postponed due to inclement weather. An announcement will be made at a later date with information regarding a make up game.

The first pitch of the series between the Thunder and Fisher Cats will be thrown at 1pm on Sunday at ARM & HAMMER Park.

Tonight’s Red Bandanna giveaway, presented by the American Heroes Channel, has been re-scheduled for Thursday, July 2 when the Thunder host the Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates). First pitch for Thursday is scheduled for 7pm, gates will open at 6pm. The first 2,000 fans on Thursday will receive Red Bandanna’s to honor the memory of Welles Crowther’s heroic acts on September 11, 2001.

Anyone holding tickets for tonight’s game may exchange them for any regular season game this season, based on availability, on a ticket-for-ticket basis. Exchanges can be made in-person at ARM & HAMMER Park. The Thunder ticket office will open at 9:30am on Sunday.

The Thunder will begin their series with the Fisher Cats on Sunday at 1pm at ARM & HAMMER Park. The first 1,000 fans, age 5-15, will receive Mini Soft Toss Baseballs and after the game Kids Run the Bases, presented by TD Bank. RHP Kyle Haynes (1-4, 2.55) is expected to start on Sunday for the Thunder, RHP Casey Lawrence (5-8, 5.54) will throw for the Fisher Cats. Pre-game coverage for Sunday’s game will begin at 12:40pm on 91.3 WTSR and online at Trentonthunder.com.
