News & Notes:

The RiverDogs went 5-2 on their road trip after the South Atlantic All-Star Game break. They took three of four from the Greenville Drive and then took two of three from the Rome Braves. The final game in Rome was cancelled due to rain. Since they don’t play Rome the rest of the season, the game will not be made up.

Keller has been pitching well as of late. In his last three starts, he’s pitched 18 innings allowing just three runs, two earned runs while striking out 25 batters.

With the split-season in the South Atlantic League, the standings reset. Charleston is currently 5-2 in first place over second place Asheville, 5-3, by a half game.
