Key Story: Severino was great as he went five and two thirds inning. He struck out eight batters while walking none and only allowing three hits. Pretty dominate stat line and Keith Law backs that up with the below tweet.
Severino out after 5 2/3 for Charleston. Topped out at 95, plus changeup.

Captain Clutch of the Game:
Eduardo de Oleo had the big blow that gave the team a little breathing room in the ninth inning. On the day he went two for four with a home run that lead to a run and two RBI’s. A two run shot is always good, when it’s in the ninth it’s even better.
Golden Sombrero of the Game:
Michael O’Neil didn’t play very well as he went zero for four with three stirkeouts. On the season before tonights game he was striking out 38.3% of the time, this isn’t going to help.
Up Next:
Gallegos goes for the Dogs tomorrow and hopes to get his first win of the season.
