Thunder Rained Out, Play Two Today in Reading

READING, PA – Saturday evening’s ballgame between the Trenton Thunder and the Reading Fightin Phils is postponed due to rain at First Energy Stadium.

Saturday’s game will be made-up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow — Sunday May 22  with a scheduled 2:05 PM first pitch. The doubleheader will conclude the lone visit the Thunder make to Reading this season.

Game 1: RHP Ronald Herrera (4-1, 2.11) vs. RHP Ben Lively (6-0, 1.53)
Game 2: LHP Jordan Montgomery (4-1, 2.19) vs. TBA

Pregame coverage begins at 1:50 p.m. on 91.3 FM and by streaming online at www.trentonthunder.com.


Earlier, the Thunder announced three roster moves:

ADD: LHP Dietrich Enns from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre
DELETE: RHP David Kubiak to Extended Spring Training
DELETE: INF/OF Jose Rosario (Face) to 7-Day DL (Retroactive to 5/20)

The moves leave the Thunder with 24 active players on the roster, one under the Eastern League maximum 25 players.
