Tuesday: Gary batted third and caught. He went 1-6 with two strikeouts. Three runners stole off Sanchez, and he committed his first error (throwing).
Wednesday: Sanchez batted third and caught. He went 1-5 with a double, run scored, walk and strikeout. The Royals swiped three bases off of Sanchez for the second consecutive night. Gary did, however, throw out Raul Mondesi at third base.

Wednesday: Tate tossed 2.1 innings of relief in Charleston’s 6-5 win over the Hagerstown Suns. He struck out three, walked two, gave up one hit and allowed one earned run. Dillon’s ERA with the RiverDogs is currently 4.76. He only threw 22 of 40 pitches for strikes.
