TRENTON, NJ — The Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, have a pair of roster move to announce prior to Saturday’s game against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats:
Add: OF Jared Mitchell from Extended Spring Training
Delete: OF Lane Adams to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre
Mitchell, a 2009 1st-Round pick of the Chicago White Sox, will wear No. 6 and is scheduled to start in right field and bat 6th Saturday night in New Hampshire. With the roster move, the Trenton Thunder active roster remains at the Eastern League maximum 25 players.
