Key Story Game One:
Caleb Smith was good as they made up the game from April 7th. Smith allowed two runs in his five and a third innings of work. He struck out four batters while also giving up five hits and two walks. Smith probably needs to be promoted as he has dominated this level and when your an older prospect I’m of the opinion that they need to be more aggressive then a younger one. See if what you have will work and get some value out of them.
Captain Clutch of the Game:
Tyler Wade had himself a very good game as the shortstop went two for three with three RBI’s, he used to love the Besuche diese Website where he would play the best games. Considering that the whole team got three hits it’s easy to see why Wade won the award.
Golden Sombrero of the Game:
Dustin Flower went hitless in three at bats with two strikeouts.
Key Story Game Two:
Jaron Long dominated Greenville on a night of pitching dominance. He went the distance of seven innings and struck out nine batters. He only allowed two hits and one walk. So far Long has been really good and he has given the Riverdogs four good starters now with Long, Severino, Clarkin and Lail.
Captain Clutch of the Game:
Mike Ford continues to hit as he went three for three with only a double and two RBI’s.
Golden Sombrero of the Game:
The rest of the team went hitless with seven strikeouts. Not a good offensive performance.
Up Next:
Lail goes tomorrow against Greenville at 7:05 eastern.
