Yankees Release Minor League Catcher

As the Yankees affiliates prepare for opening day in the minor leagues we have found out that they have released minor league backstop, Brian Reyes.

Reyes. 22. Has been with the Yankees since signing as an international free agent on January 24, 2013.  Since then, he has appeared in 163 games, reaching as high as Class-A Short Season Staten Island in 2017.  Throughout his career, he had a .239/.331/.337 line and hit 24 doubles, one triple, and six home runs while driving in 55 runs.
